Janisha Richardson

Janisha Richardson is a trusted business advisor and entrepreneur with over 25 years of public accounting experience. As partner and co-founder of Richardson & Moore, LLC, founded in 2003, she provides tax advisory and compliance services to businesses across various industries.

Committed to addressing economic disparities, Richardson founded Right Commercial Lending, LLC in 2021 to educate small business owners on business credit, funding access, and financial literacy.

Richardson’s community leadership includes serving as an elected Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner in Ward 1A, Washington, D.C., representing 3,000 constituents and serving as Treasurer for four years. She is a member of The BOW Collective™, representing the top 1% of small Black female business owners. A self-proclaimed “connector,” Richardson is passionate about building relationships and creating opportunities in communities worldwide.
